YPI Leader
YPI currently is operating at four high schools and four colleges. YPI leaders engage small groups of 10-15 students at each high school or college through 3 sessions per semester. The program starts with the academic year. Meeting monthly with their mentees at the high school or college, volunteers go through an interactive curriculum designed to engage students, introduce them to the application process and equip them with real world medical shadowing experience.

YPI is constructed to make the sessions fun and easy to sustain and participate for YPI leaders.

Our YPI leaders are volunteer medical students who dedicate their time to inspire the next generation of doctors.
